Description:Translation name is “Lapsang Souchong”. This name comes from Cantonese pronunciation for Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong. The tealeaves are fumigated by pine which gives the tea a very strong flavor usually described as “smoky”. The color of the tealeaf is black and its liquor is dark red.
Preparation suggestions: 3-5 grams for 100ml of water at 95°C; infusing 3-4minutes; renewal for 5 infusions.

La traduction est « Lapsang Souchong ». Ce nom provient de la prononciation cantonaise du nom chinois « Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong ». Les feuilles de thé sont fumigées avec du pin ce qui donne à ce thé un goût très prononcé généralement décrit comme « fumé ». La couleur des feuilles de thé est noire et sa liqueur est d’un rouge foncé.
Conseil pour la préparation : 3-5 gr. pour 100ml d’eau chaude à 95 C. Infuser de 3 à 4 minutes; renouveler l’infusion 5 fois.
